Den viktige grunnstyrken

Lex is retired, but it's still important to take care of her body.

Bonus had a litter of 10 puppies over the summer. She's always been well trained, but naturally there was less activity during pregnancy and the puppy period. Now we're working on getting her back to the form she was in before the litter, and she's making good progress.

Cobra is an active competition dog. She competes in both obedience and agility. She's extreme and reckless, so it's very important to ensure her body can handle the demands these sports place on her.

Cess is a puppy from Bonus and is now 6 months old. For her, it's about building body control and strength gradually. In addition, she needs to learn training routines and build confidence in training—in life generally she already has more than enough. According to the plan, she will also become a competition dog in both obedience and agility, so these are important points to include.

My dogs are extreme and could easily get injured if they didn't have the strength and core muscles in order. That's why I'm careful to train tricks to make them physically prepared for dog sports. I work on this both from puppyhood, through an active career, for a bitch coming back after giving birth, and for the pensioner to maintain her body. It's equally important for everyone, and the tricks are built gradually from small simple exercises to more complex chains that require a lot of stability and strength.

Are you interested in seeing how I prepare my puppy for life as a sports dog? Maintaining strength in an active competition dog? A bitch coming back after giving birth? The pensioner who needs to take care of her body? Or would you like to be more active with your dog without aiming for any sport? Build a stronger bond between you?

Take a look at strength tricks!

Here you'll get to see how I build up my dogs right from the start!
