My name is Karin Beate Lyng and I run the Canis Hundeskole Stavanger branch. Here I work as lead instructor, instructor and behaviour consultant.
I am trained as a primary school teacher from UiS, in addition to several instructor qualifications and a behaviour consultant education from NMBU, and I am one of only a few in Norway certified as a behaviour consultant in the Norwegian Behaviour Group for Companion Animals (NAS). In 05-07 I completed my first instructor training with specialisation in problem behaviour, and have worked as an instructor using positive methods since then.
With my own dog I actively train in Competitive Obedience, Spesialsøk and Working Dog. And I have competed in obedience and tracking.
