I am 34 years old and based in Bamble. I hold a bachelor's degree in Livestock Science, Welfare and Production from HiNT (now Nord University), and after my studies worked as a kennelmaster at a dog and cat boarding facility until we moved to Telemark in 2019. Today I work as a shop manager in a pet shop. I was trained as a nose work instructor in 2020.
My clicker journey started with my first dog, Aron (Drever male born 2014). We completed clicker training levels I and II, and then the clicker instructor training in 2018–2019. Aron became a game trail champion, fully certified in shows, hunting-qualified and earned three titles in nose work.
Today I have two dogs, Skills (Stabijhoun male, born 2016) and Ace (Drever male, born 2025). Together with my dogs I train mainly nose work, blood trailing and everyday obedience. Skills is qualified in blood trailing, show champion with multiple winning titles and holds all titles in nose work class 1, and two titles in class 2. Ace, who at present is 11 months old, has already earned three class 1 titles in four starts.
In recent years I have mainly run nose work courses and judged tracking tests.
