As a dog instructor, I am particularly interested in behaviour, communication and the interaction between dog and handler.
I work with owners who want to understand their dog better – not just train it, but truly read the signals, stay ahead of the curve and create security in everyday life. I offer behaviour consultations where the focus is on understanding the dog's needs, signals and emotions – and equally on how your behaviour and communication affects your dog in everyday situations.
I will give you:
- Clear guidance and a structured programme
- Practical tools that work in everyday life
- Foundation skills that make your dog feel secure in different environments
I work best with owners who are ready to set aside time, follow a programme and are curious about their own role. When you understand your dog – and it understands you – the collaboration works well and then dog ownership becomes rewarding!
I also offer courses in foundation skills and nose work. I also hold assessments in Nose Work.
Ready for better collaboration with your dog? Then you are warmly welcome to work with me.
My background is as a dog instructor, Canis clicker trainer, Canis instructor and Nose Work instructor. NMBU's behaviour series for dogs, cats and horses. I have owned several Rottweilers and currently have a Staffordshire bull terrier, 10 years old, who competes in nose work.
